• Must hold NVQ Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and standards.
• Experience in childcare setting (minimum 2 years) required for Senior Support Worker.

Responsibilities

• Ensure children's physical, emotional and psychological needs are met.
• Engage in supervision, learning and development.
• Work with professionals aligned with children's needs.

Skills
