A leading employment agency is seeking a Change Manager to drive business transformation across Finance and Procurement. Responsibilities include conducting Change Impact Assessments, developing stakeholder engagement plans, and ensuring continuity post go-live. Candidates must have proven experience in business change and transformation, strong communication skills, and public sector experience. This is a full-time temporary role based in the UK.
We’re looking for experienced Change Managers to lead business transformation across Finance and Procurement for our client. You’ll identify and manage change impacts, drive business readiness, and champion cultural change initiatives.
This is a full‑time role on a temporary contract basis.
