A leading healthcare provider in the UK seeks a Band 6 Practitioner to focus on clinical work within mental health. The role will be focusing on clinical work and you will be expected to work closely developing the service and work with the band 7 Senior Practitioner and the Team Manager to ensure the efficient running of the clinical team. You will support developing interfaces with multiple services and stakeholders. You will work closely with the MINT teams in providing a consultative role in working with clients with CEN and also support with interventions and sign posting.
You will contribute to effective and compassionate service development for mental health, shaping this service according to population based needs. As well as contributing to the planning and delivery of service objectives, managing specific change projects as required, ensuring client focus, consistency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
