Neway International have a vacancy for a Case Manager - Tenancy and Estates to join our client based with Somerset Council., Somerset Council is seeking a Case Manager - Tenancy and Estates to oversee the administration and management of social housing properties, with responsibility for between 550 and 750 tenancies. This temporary role provides essential cover during a colleague's authorised absence, ensuring continuity of service and tenancy management across the council's housing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee tenancy administration and estate management for a large portfolio of properties.
  • Provide tenancy advice and manage complex housing cases, including support for vulnerable customers.
  • Ensure accurate recording of all customer contact on the Open Housing System.
  • Adhere to housing policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
  • Deliver comprehensive support to customers to help them sustain their tenancies.
  • Engage with vulnerable individuals regularly, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with council standards and housing regulations.
