You will help older people live with dignity, comfort and joy, working closely with colleagues, health professionals and families to make a real difference every day.

What you will do
  • Act as a key worker and help shape and review individual care plans.
  • Support residents with personal care and daily routines.
  • Promote wellbeing through social, physical and mental activities.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
  • Keep accurate records and contribute to team meetings.
What you need
  • Warmth, patience and genuine compassion.
  • Respect for every individual’s dignity and independence.
  • SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or the willingness to work toward it.
  • Basic computer skills for learning and record keeping.
  • Registration with the SSSC and membership of the PVG Scheme.
  • Ability to work within and uphold CrossReach’s Christian ethos.
