Pay & Hours: £12.22 per hour; 24 or 36 hours per week; Days or nights shifts available; Working on a rota covering 7 days per week (including every other weekend).
As a Care Assistant you will assist with mealtimes, personal care, and activities, while also going above and beyond to understand each person holistically. We value accurate record-keeping, effective communication, and teamwork, all aimed at improving the lives of our residents, both young and old.
As part of the role, you will contribute to delivering the highest standard of person-centred care and support to residents at The Hollies Care Centre, a newly renovated 44 bed care home in Hessle. You will join a supportive team and receive training and development to support your clients.

The Hollies Care Centre is an exceptional, newly renovated 44 bed Care Home located in the charming town of Hessle. It is situated just outside Hessle Square, a short walk from bus stops and local shops. They are looking for a Care Support Worker to join their friendly team. As a HICA Group Care Assistant, you can make a real difference to people’s lives, by caring for their complex needs and enabling them to live the life they choose. You’ll join a supportive team, that’ll provide all the training and development you need to support your client, helping you get the most out of this rewarding and fulfilling role.
