Ashbourne Healthcare Services is a well-established and reputable provider of health and social care services to private individuals.
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Care Coordinator with scheduling experience to join our domiciliary care team in delivering high quality home care services in and around Central London. Close guidance and training will be given.
Your role will primarily include conducting person centred care needs assessments, risk assessments, care reviews and service quality checks. In addition, you will be involved in monitoring and assisting with scheduling of care workers to clients. You will be supported by the Senior Care Coordinator and the Management team. The role is office based, full time and with additional shared on-call (offsite) duties.
As a very busy service, this role will suit someone who is well organised, ambitious, empathetic, works well under pressure and is able to carry out administrative duties efficiently.
