CAD Technician (High End Projects)

I'm currently recruiting for a CAD Technician to join a prestigious high-end residential developer based in Tadworth. This is an exciting opportunity for a CAD Technician who wants to work on some of the most exclusive properties in the UK. If you're a CAD Technician with a passion for luxury residential design and the ambition to grow, this could be the perfect move.

The role is ideally suited to a CAD Technician with experience in bespoke residential projects, and I'm looking to speak with a CAD Technician who has at least two years of relevant industry experience.

The Role

• Reporting directly to the Senior Design Manager and Commercial Director
• Producing high-quality CAD drawings for luxury residential projects
• Working closely with the design and construction teams to translate concepts into detailed technical drawings
• Assisting with design coordination, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications
• Updating drawings in line with project changes and development progress

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a CAD Technician within construction or residential design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or similar software experience desirable)
• Strong attention to detail with a creative eye for high-end design
