About the Role

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our Educational Inclusion and Partnerships Team. This role requires strong administrative skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. You will play a key part in supporting the team with data management, reporting, and day-to-day business support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative and business support to the team.
  • Manage databases, records, and reports accurately and efficiently.
  • Use advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, data validation, reporting) to analyse and present data.
  • Support with correspondence, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
  • Advanced Excel knowledge – essential (Excel test during interview; results will determine progression).
  • Previous experience in an administrative/business support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
