Construction Recruitment Consultant

Placing candidates within the Construction, Trades & Labour sectors throughout the Yorkshire market. Supplying high volumes of staff on a temporary, contract, and permanent basis. We are looking for a driven individual with experience of managing multiple clients. This role involves working closely with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Managing your own desk
  • Building a client portfolio
  • Visiting construction sites regularly
  • Building a candidate database
  • Making placements
  • Achieving monthly targets/KPIs
  • Market forecasting
  • Updating CRM daily with new clients and candidates
  • Advertising vacancies
  • Resourcing candidates through multiple job boards
  • Growing a team within your sector

Salary:

  • £30,000-£40,000 based on experience
  • Strong commission structure
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses based on performance
  • Quarterly bonuses for KPI achievement

Working hours:

8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (flexible), in the Leeds office

Previous recruitment experience:

Minimum 1 year
