Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to expand our presence within the Turkish property investment and landlord market. This role focuses on sourcing landlords and buyers from Turkey who are interested in investing in, buying, or letting property in London. The successful candidate will use their language skills, market insight, and relationship-building ability to generate leads, strengthen partnerships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage Turkish landlords, investors, and partners seeking property opportunities in London.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with Turkish-speaking clients, providing expert advice on UK property investment, sales, and lettings.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, exhibitions, and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with the sales and lettings teams to convert enquiries into successful transactions.
  • Assist in preparing and translating marketing materials, listings, and client communications for the Turkish market.
  • Provide cultural and market insights to improve the company’s engagement with Turkish-speaking clients.
