Position: Business Development Executive

Salary: £30,000.00

Yolk Recruitment are working on behalf of a training provider in Cardiff for a Business Development Executive. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a motivated individual looking to join a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. As part of a reputable and nationally recognised training provider, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the organisation's reach.

Key Responsibilities

  • New business outbound sales
  • Lead Generation Proactively engage in outbound calls to generate new leads and convert warm leads to meet sales targets.
  • Consultative sales approach, conduct high-quality, meaningful conversations with key decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to follow up on live chat and social
  • Compliance and Processes: Adhere to company policies and procedures to enhance customer experiences and maintain compliance.

Key Skills and Attributes

  • 2+ years experience within sales
  • Consultative sales approach ideally, ability to engage in meaningful, solution-oriented discussions using provided scripts and product knowledge.
  • Experience working in a target driven environment
  • Experience in the training sector would be ideal but not essential

Benefits and Package

  • Salary: £30,000
  • OTE: £40,000
  • Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)
