Senior Business Analyst

Rate : £700 - £800 p / d Outside IR35

Contract Length : Initial 6 months

Location : London - Hybrid

Contract Senior Business Analyst to support a Claims Guidewire implementation within the London Market. This is a newly created contract role, joining an established delivery team & playing a key role in driving the successful rollout of Guidewire Claims across multiple regions.

This role is hands‑on & delivery‑focused, requiring strong experience in UAT leadership, claims processes, & working across complex system integrations. You will work closely with the Project Manager & fellow Business Analyst to ensure solutions are delivered effectively & adopted by a broad user base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the delivery of a Claims Guidewire implementation within a London Market / Lloyd's environment.
  • Lead end‑to‑end User Acceptance Testing, including test planning, execution, defect management, & stakeholder coordination.
  • Work across integrations & interfaces, translating claims processes & business requirements into clear functional documentation.
  • Lead the creation of training & user materials, supporting global rollout & ensuring strong user engagement & adoption.
Key Requirements
  • Proven contract experience as a Business Analyst on Claims Guidewire implementations within the London Market or Lloyd's market.
  • Strong hands‑on experience leading UAT for large‑scale insurance system implementations.
  • In‑depth understanding of Guidewire Claims, including integrations, interfaces, & end‑to‑end claims workflows.
  • Experience supporting multi‑region rollouts & engaging with senior business & operational stakeholders.
