MRICS Building Surveyor / Project Manager

📍 London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

💰 Up to £80,000

We’re looking for an experienced MRICS Building Surveyor (4+ years PQE) to step into a dynamic Project Manager role, delivering projects from early design stages through to handover. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants and contractors, leading meetings, managing programmes, and ensuring technical quality throughout construction.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing programmes, risks, reporting & budgets
• Supporting procurement, tenders & contractor coordination
