What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Co-ordinator with generalist marketing experience in the food and beverage industry, to assist in supporting, developing and implementing marketing strategies for our range of Mediterranean food products. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth. The Brand Marketing Co-ordinator will be responsible for supporting our Marketing Manager across the marketing spectrum. They will be a passionate foodie with some experience of content creation across various social media platforms and helping to run and coordinate various events. They will thrive on working proactively in a fast-paced environment and be excited by the opportunity to grow our brands and have a meaningful impact on our business. The role is based in Leyton, London (UK) and working from the office full time.

Your Day To Day Responsibilities
  • Branding – Assist the Marketing Manager to develop and execute brand strategies that align with company objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  • Digital Marketing – Help to create content for social media campaigns and influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Market Analysis – Keep abreast of consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth in the Mediterranean food sector.
  • Product Launches - Assist in the updating and development of packaging concepts, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and consumer preferences and marketing launch strategies
  • Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and external creative services to ensure brand consistency and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Brand Messaging- Craft compelling brand messaging and storytelling that communicates the unique value proposition of our food products to consumers.
  • Promotions and Events – Assist in the coordination of promotional activities, events, and sponsorships to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement both online and offline.
  • Reporting - Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, including campaign results, market insights, and competitive analysis, to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a broad marketing role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven experience in including social media marketing and event management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with FMCG industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams particularly NPD and sales.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for food and a strong appreciation for Mediterranean cuisine and culture.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with marketing analytics tools and CRM software is a plus.
