Branch Manager

Our client, a market-leading electrical wholesaler, is seeking a talented and driven Branch Manager with electrical experience to help grow and maximise both existing and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership and management of branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality customer service.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to meet performance standards and achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Manage customer relationships, including handling key accounts, preparing quotations, and resolving complex enquiries.
  • Oversee purchasing activities, stock control, and inventory accuracy to maintain optimal product availability.
  • Ensure the branch environment is well‑organised, safe, and representative of company standards.
  • Monitor branch performance, analysing sales trends and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement company policies, operational procedures, and health and safety practices consistently.
  • Manage financial processes including cash handling, invoicing, and adherence to internal controls.
  • Conduct regular staff performance reviews and support ongoing training and development.
