What you will do in this role

The BFSI Business Unit Manager acts as the strategic and operational right hand to the EMEA BFSI Sector Lead, ensuring the sector delivers against its commercial, operational, and strategic objectives.

This role blends business performance management, governance, insight generation, and strategic enablement. The postholder will own the day-to-day orchestration of the BFSI operating model, ensuring clarity of data, excellence in reporting, rigor in governance, and consistent execution across countries and accounts.

They will bring strong financial services sector knowledge, an analytical mindset, and exceptional coordination and communication skills.

Reports to: BFSI EMEA Sector Lead. No Direct Reports.
