Rate: £34–£41 per hour

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00am - 17:00pm, 37.5 hours per week

The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to our clients’ patients, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes and patient safety.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management, patient counseling, and drug utilization reviews.
  • Ensure the safety and efficacy of prescribed medications.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct clinical audits and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to uphold high standards of practice.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Master’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
  • GPHC registration
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical pharmacy (Band 7)
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in clinical pharmacy (Band 8)
  • Advanced clinical skills and knowledge
