About the role:

The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dispensary Lead Pharmacist to join our team in Whitehaven. This is a full-time position with an ongoing duration. The ideal candidate will have hospital dispensary experience, but we also welcome community pharmacists who are eager to transition into hospital pharmacy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the dispensary team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Oversee the preparation and dispensing of medications.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide expert advice and support to healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives within the dispensary.
