Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Locum Dietitian to join our team in Wolverhampton. The role involves providing expert dietary care on an acute Dietetics ward. The successful candidate will assess and manage the nutritional needs of patients, ensuring they receive optimal care and support during their hospital stay.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the dietary requirements of patients in the acute Dietetics ward.
  • Create and implement personalized nutrition plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Provide dietary education to patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate patient records.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in dietetics.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or Nutrition.
  • Registered Dietitian with the HCPC.
  • Previous experience in acute dietetics.
