The Role: We are looking for a commercially driven and service-oriented Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the Bicester Village boutique. This role is key to delivering an exceptional client experience while driving team performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are consistently met
Deliver outstanding customer service, setting the tone for a warm and welcoming store environment
Support in training, mentoring, and motivating the team to achieve high levels of performance and client engagement
Uphold visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
Oversee stock management, including deliveries, inventory, and replenishment
Handle customer feedback and concerns with professionalism and care
Ensure health, safety, and operational procedures are maintained to the highest standard
Profile & Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within premium or luxury retail
A proven ability to drive sales and support commercial goals
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented and highly organised
Confident with retail systems and Microsoft Office
A passion for high-quality fashion, styling, and client service, experience in childrenswear is a plus
