As an Assistant Manager, you are on hand to resolve issues and identify fresh ways of doing things. You are loyal and passionate about your customers and your team. Partnering with your manager provides the chance to make your mark on the store, with opportunities to grow within the company. This role is an integral support to the Store Manager in managing the overall operations of the store, driving sales alongside relevant KPIs, and leading a cohesive team of highly motivated employees who can deliver memorable experiences for our consumers.
