Are you looking for a rewarding retail management role that offers a great work-life balance? We're seeking a confident and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our client's Reading team.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure strong store performance. You'll also take the lead at times, so confidence in lone working is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations
• Delivering excellent customer service and driving sales through upselling and product knowledge
• Monitoring KPIs and ensuring targets are met
• Maintaining store standards and creating a positive customer experience
• Lone working when required, taking responsibility for the store
• Occasionally supporting other stores, so a full driving licence is essential
