Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager by assisting in the day‑to‑day running of the store and ensuring costs are contained within targets.
  • Drive sales by promoting sales and identifying opportunities for growth to maximise store profitability.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
  • Manage, coach and motivate the team to achieve targets and lead by example.
  • Deputise for the Manager when required to ensure smooth store operations.
