Assistant Store Manager

Location: Upper Holloway

Salary: £37,585 - £39,425

Pin Point Recruitment is partnering with a leading retail business to recruit an experienced Assistant Store Manager for a high-performing, multi-million-pound store.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You'll support the Store Manager in running day-to-day operations, lead and develop your team, and step up to take full responsibility when required.

Important: This is not a training or step-up role. You must already be working as an Assistant Store Manager (or equivalent) in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

The Role

Every day will bring something different. One day you may be managing deliveries, placing orders, or scheduling rotas to ensure operational efficiency. The next, you could be leading team briefings, coaching staff, resolving customer queries, or conducting till spot checks.

All the while, you\'ll stay focused on the bigger goals: maximising sales, minimising costs, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving operational performance.
