Overview

This leading residential developer has a major new scheme in South London, of just over 140 units. The scheme is traditional build and is a mixture of private and shared ownership to be completed within the next 2 years. They are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to help complete the development.

Responsibilities

• Report to the lead project manager on site and manage the process from 1st fix to completion on traditional build projects.
• Maintain health and safety on site and ensure compliance with required standards (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid).
• Support delivering a high standard of finishing to align with client specifications (to CMLs).
• Work within a fast-moving programme as part of the development team to help complete the project on time.

• Hold SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS tickets.
