Are you an experienced automotive sales leader with a background in main dealerships? We're recruiting for a skilled Assistant Sales Manager to join a high-performing dealership in Orpington.

This role offers the opportunity to represent a leading automotive brand, help lead a motivated sales team, and enjoy excellent earnings potential with uncapped commission.

Responsibilities
  • As Assistant Sales Manager, you will work alongside the Sales Manager to drive sales performance and lead a team of vehicle sales executives.
  • Support the Sales Manager in overseeing day-to-day sales operations
  • Leading, motivating and developing a team of sales executives
  • Driving sales across vehicles, finance and insurance products
  • Ensuring compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Handling escalated customer queries and ensuring high CSI results
  • Managing showroom presentation and finance proposal processes
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a main dealership at a managerial or supervisory level (e.g., Business Manager, Transaction Manager, Sales Controller, or Assistant Sales Manager)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A professional, customer-focused approach with the ability to resolve issues effectively
  • Drive, resilience and a track record of achieving sales targets
