Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager for our prestigious Cliveden Dining Room, a 3 Rosette restaurant. The successful candidate will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to meet and exceed service standards.

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations and ensuring seamless service.
  • Participate actively in service, staff training and daily operations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and professionalism in the dining area.
