Job summary

Job description
What you'll be doing
  • Manage and uphold corporate identity standards across all visual communications and brand assets
  • Lead the design and production of marketing collateral, publicity materials, and internal communications across digital and print platforms
  • Conceptualise and guide creative direction to ensure strong visual storytelling and brand alignment
  • Support internal communication campaigns through visually engaging content to strengthen staff engagement and organisational pride
  • Plan and coordinate photography content and maintain the corporate photobank
  • Oversee the design of newsletters, posters, infographics, and visual assets for internal stakeholders
  • Support events, photo shoots, and video shoots, ensuring visual quality and branding consistency
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, communications teams, and external vendors to deliver design and branding initiatives effectively
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor Degree level in Graphic Design/ Visual Communication/ Multimedia/ Communications or related studies
  • 3 - 6 years of working experience in graphic design/ visual communications/ branding, preferably in healthcare settings
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); experience with motion or video tools is an advantage
  • Proven experience in digital and print design, with working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email campaigns and an eye for consistent, high-quality visual execution
  • Good understanding of brand identity systems and visual governance
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail and quality
