Overview

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location(s): Chipping Sodbury

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Investment Surveyor - Decarb to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will work 2–3 days in the office or on site, supporting the delivery of home investment works, cyclical maintenance, and major repairs. You will be involved in all aspects of project and contract management, tendering, design, and specification.

What we’re looking for
  • Experience or knowledge of property investment, construction, or housing-related activities.
  • Experience in budget management, contract administration, and oversight of contractors and suppliers.
  • Desirable: Construction-related qualification or equivalent industry experience.
  • Flexible and reliable, with strong time management skills and the ability to travel as required.
  • Proficient in using mobile devices (e.g., tablets, smartphones) and computer systems.
  • Confident in using email and digital communication tools.
Additional requirements
  • Full UK driving licence and the ability to drive.
  • Ability to successfully complete an enhanced DBS check (provided by Bromford)
  • Willingness to travel across the West of England and occasionally to the Midlands. A company car or cash allowance alternative is provided to support travel.
