A leading housing provider in the UK seeks an enthusiastic Assistant Investment Surveyor - Decarb to support home investment and maintenance projects. This hybrid role requires experience in property investment and contract management. Ideal candidates will be flexible with strong time management skills. Benefits include a salary of £27,000 - £31,000, a company car or cash allowance, and a personal benefits fund.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Investment Surveyor - Decarb to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will work 2–3 days in the office or on site, supporting the delivery of home investment works, cyclical maintenance, and major repairs. You will be involved in all aspects of project and contract management, tendering, design, and specification.
