We’re seeking an exceptional and experienced HR Professional to join us. It’s an exciting opportunity for the right person. This role’s primary focus will be supporting the creation of a Single Digital Team (SDT) across our three acute Hospital Trusts:

  • James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (JPUH)
  • Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH)
  • The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust (QEH)

Role

To provide a Human Resources Manager role to one of four Divisions, initiating HR solutions as required.

To actively participate in the development and implementation of the Trust’s Human Resources and Organisational Development Strategies and provide HR advice and support to heads of department, service managers and divisional general managers to support delivery of the Trust’s strategic and operational agendas.

To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH’s ‘PRIDE’ values of People focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence.

Responsibilities
  1. Performance management (e.g. management of sickness absence and poor performance)
  2. Interpretation of Human Resources Data
  3. Promotion of multi-disciplinary team working
  4. Change management to assist new ways of working
  5. Staff involvement and employee relations
  6. Training and development
  7. Embedding a culture of management in line with our PRIDE values and “know your staff”
