De Vere Latimer Estate offers 27 versatile spaces for weddings, conferences, meetings, training and team-building events across three areas of the property. From our recently refurbished Waterhouse Suite, hosting up to 240 guests, to the more intimate rooms within The Mews and the historic Mansion House, no two events or days are ever quite the same.

As Assistant Conference & Events Manager

You’ll play a key role within the management team, supporting the smooth planning and flawless delivery of events while ensuring every experience reflects our high standards and attention to detail. You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues alike, helping to lead, motivate and support the events team to deliver consistently memorable moments.

Your skills and experience:

• You have a genuine passion for and experience in the conference and events industry, prepared to put your heart and soul in to delivering memorable experiences for our guests
• You have supervisory experience and enjoy helping to manage, motivate and engage the events team
• Your interpersonal skills enable you to make genuine connections with clients, guests and colleagues
• Most of all, you will share our values such as being graciously warm, demonstrating a genuine approach, anticipating guest needs and ensuring every detail is considered
