Aseptic Key Account Manager (KAM)

Location: UK-wide

The Role

As an Aseptic Key Account Manager, you will manage strategic accounts and drive the adoption of aseptic solutions within hospital settings. This is a specialist role with significant impact on patient safety and offers the opportunity to develop niche expertise in a growing area of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow accounts for aseptic compounding services across the UK.
  • Ensure compliance with NHS standards and internal governance.
  • Drive adoption of aseptic solutions in hospitals through education and engagement.
  • Collaborate with clinical and procurement teams to deliver tailored solutions.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience in aseptic services and NHS procurement processes.
  • Strong technical knowledge combined with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers and navigate complex healthcare environments.
  • Proven account management and commercial acumen.
