The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen at a leading architectural practice for a Senior Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping bespoke contemporary residential projects across the UK. You’ll work collaboratively within an experienced team to elevate design quality, lead project delivery and contribute to the studio’s creative ambitions.

Senior Architect, Project Architect, Design Architect, Lead Architect, ARB Registered Architect, Associate Architect, Architectural Team Lead, RIBA Part III Architect, Design Lead, Architectural Project Manager.

Your duties and responsibilities will be
  • Lead design development and architectural delivery across all residential project stages, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation.
  • Manage project workflows, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and maintain clear communication with clients throughout design and construction.
  • Oversee the preparation of architectural documentation, drawings and specifications, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering professional growth and a strong team culture.
  • Champion thoughtful, detail-led design solutions that respond to site, context and client aspirations in a sustainable manner.
You will have the following qualifications and experience
  • ARB registration or equivalent professional accreditation with substantial post-qualification experience in architecture.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating leadership on bespoke residential or high-quality design projects.
  • Proficiency in architectural software including Revit, AutoCAD and other design tools.
  • Excellent understanding of UK planning, building regulations and technical detailing.
  • Strong communication, client liaison and project management skills with the ability to drive design outcomes.
