We are privileged to be working with a highly recognised, industrial specialist Architecture practice, who are looking to bring on an ARB registered Architect in Newark, due to an increased demand in their data centre and industrial portfolio.

What We're Looking For

• ARB Registered Architect with proven UK construction experience
• A track record of delivering data centre or industrial projects (essential)
• Proficiency in Revit
• Previous exposure to the industrial sector - data centre, warehousing, manufacturing, energy, aviation, or similar
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to deliver across all stages

Your Role

• Lead the way on data centre projects from concept through to completion
• Shape both outline and detailed designs for end-users and co-location schemes
• Work across a mix of RIBA stages, from masterplanning right through to delivery
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and colleagues across offices
• Make sure every project is technically robust and fully compliant with UK standards
