A local butcher shop in Hove is seeking an apprentice to learn traditional butchery skills. This hands-on role provides the opportunity to supply quality meat to the public and catering clients while making a real impact in the community. The apprenticeship lasts 18 months and involves working six days a week, including a weekend day.
We are looking for an apprentice to join Rogman Butchers, a trusted family-run business serving Brighton & Hove for over 45 years. This is a great opportunity to learn traditional butchery skills while supplying quality meat to both catering clients and the public. A hands-on role with real community impact.

Route: Sales, marketing and procurement
Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate
Working Week: 6 days per week including one weekend day. Monday to Saturday: 06:00am - 12:00pm.
Expected Duration: 18 Months
