If you're a parent, carer, teacher or careers advisor, you have an important role to play in helping people to make the right choices about their future. An apprenticeship can offer just as many opportunities – especially here at KPMG.

We offer a range of programmes across our firm in specific areas such as Digital Technology, KPMG Business Services, Audit, Tax and Consulting. On every programme, we offer structured training and support towards professional qualifications – we even cover the tuition costs. All of our apprentices earn a salary between £23,000 and £25,000, and have access to our excellent range of benefits.

Ours is a collaborative culture offering candidates the chance to be part of a supportive and welcoming team. We want all of our Apprentices to embrace a growth mindset of learning every day, which is why we have created a rich curriculum and learning community to help trainees build their skills and fulfil their potential. This ranges from an immersive 5-day induction experience, formal training courses, leadership knowledge bites, learning journals, online courses and networking events – all aligned to our life-long learning strategy and part of our overall student package.

Our Discovery and Black Heritage Insight Talent Work Experience programmes have been designed to give students the chance to gain an invaluable overview of the professional services sector, as well provide students with some interactive learning opportunities to enhance their skills. As an apprentice in Audit, you'll be an important part of our mission to support the UK in a connected world.

Technology & Engineering Apprenticeships: Whether you want to advise clients on complex technologies or design game-changing solutions from the ground up, each of our programmes will equip you with the skills you need to succeed.

As an Apprentice in Consulting, you’ll gain experience of a wide range of projects; applying innovative ideas and tech-enabled solutions to deliver the best possible outcomes.

As an apprentice in Tax & Law, you'll work on a range of interesting and intellectually challenging projects, be supported to achieve professional qualifications and learn for a lifetime.

KPMG Business Services offer a two year apprenticeship programme which will give you an insight of Business Services and how we support the wider organisation.

Our programmes are a perfect opportunity for year 13/S5-S6 students to gain professional work experience, get an insight into our diverse teams and explore the variety of career opportunities we offer.
