Key Responsibilities

• Engage with BA stakeholders to capture and validate business requirements for AI solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align BA objectives.
• Support roadmap development and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and elevate issues proactively.
• Ensure requirements and solution designs consider group-wide applicability and scalability across all OpCos.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in business analysis within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong understanding of airline operations and data-driven transformation.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to produce clear documentation and actionable insights.
• Significant experience in similar roles, with a proven ability to integrate quickly into new teams and deliver immediate value.
• Initial co-location with BA teams in London is essential to ensure close collaboration. Candidates must also be prepared to travel internationally during later stages to facilitate group-wide deployment.
