Are you organised, creative, and ready to play a key role in a busy, growing estate agency? We’re looking for a talented Administrator & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

What you’ll be doing
  • Handling day-to-day office administration, calls, and enquiries
  • Preparing property details, brochures, and online listings
  • Managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) with engaging posts, reels, and campaigns
  • Assisting with marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and attract new clients
  • Supporting the sales team with diary management, viewings, and client communication
  • Ensuring all compliance, paperwork, and databases are kept up to date
What we’re looking for

  • Previous estate agency or property experience (preferred but not essential)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm

Salary: £26,000 (depending on experience)
