Overview

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Client Location: London - hybrid

Starting: October 2025

Pay Comments: £58k pa pro-rata PAYE

Hours: Full-time, 35-hour week

Duration: 12 months

Job Description: The Administrative Assistant will apply established skills, company policies, and procedures to complete a broad range of administrative tasks. The role involves assignments of moderate complexity, requiring sound judgement in resolving issues and making routine recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and manage travel bookings and itineraries
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Maintain and manage calendars for team members
  • Screen and prioritise incoming mail and requests
  • Coordinate arrangements for seminars, workshops, and meetings
  • Set up new vendors in the company’s payment system
  • Process and track purchase order requisitions, and recommend purchases of office supplies
  • Handle and process sponsorship requests
  • Take notes and maintain accurate records of routine management and team meetings
  • Plan and organise off-site team meetings and events
Requirements
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
  • Good judgement and problem-solving ability
