Quay View School are recruiting for a part-time Administrator to join our busy and professional administration team. This role will be 2 days per week to be completed on a Thursday and Friday. We are looking for an enthusiastic multitasker, who is highly skilled and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word. The successful candidate will be a solution focused member of the team and be able to prioritise competing deadlines in a professional manner.

About us: Aspris Children\'s Services is one of the UK's leading independent providers of specialist care and education. Quay View School (located in Bere Alston) specialises in providing education for children and young people aged 7-19 with autism (ASD) and social, emotional, mental health (SEMH) related conditions, including trauma and attachment. This is a varied role and would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, is solution focused, able to prioritise competing deadlines in a professional manner and understands the importance of safeguarding and confidentiality. This role requires a good working knowledge of finance reporting, with the ability to accurately track, code and report school expenditure. You will support cost control processes to ensure financial records are maintained clearly and accurately. You will play a key role in the day to day running of the school office, providing a welcoming first point of contact for staff, students, parents and visitors.
