6-Month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Location: Site-based (Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week)

What You'll Do:
  • Manage and deliver all site administration activities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for managers, employees, and visitors.
  • Oversee contract management and annual budgets for services such as cleaning, stationery, and local suppliers.
  • Coordinate training schedules, travel arrangements, and hotel bookings.
  • Organise events and ensure a positive visitor experience.
  • Identify and resolve issues before they arise to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance with Health & Safety standards.
What's Needed:
  • Previous experience in senior administration roles.
