We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Administrator to join our caring and progressive team in Herne Bay, Kent.

You will work as part of a close-knit team who are dedicated to the health and wellbeing of people in Kent.

Main duties of the job
  • Welcoming and recording visitors to our buildings
  • Answering and responding to telephone queries
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Completing administrative duties such as distributing incoming/outgoing post, photocopying, maintaining general appearance and upkeep of the reception area, ordering of office supplies and equipment and completion of standard forms, surveys and audits, producing and issuing already prepared letters, arranging interpreters

  • Recent administrative experience and versatility to take on a variety of tasks.

Knowledge
  • Sound communication skills in order to understand and communicate both verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to work on one's own as well as part of a team
  • Work well under pressure and organise your own work without direct supervision
Qualifications
  • A Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) Level 2. This could be an NVQ Level 2 apprenticeship, BTEC or equivalent international qualification in healthcare or you will be able to demonstrate the equivalent level of experience.
