Location

Join an international travel and leisure group in a role that offers variety and global interaction. As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you\'ll work closely with colleagues and partners worldwide, ensuring accurate processing of cash transactions and maintaining up-to-date account records.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Liaising with sales representatives, travel agents, and accounts teams.
  • Performing cash allocation and reconciliation for multiple selling companies.
  • Processing journal adjustments and refunds.
  • Preparing monthly statements and monitoring outstanding balances.
  • Chasing payments in line with the company\'s debt collection policy.
  • Ensuring compliance with agreed payment terms.
  • Assisting the Group Accountant with ad hoc finance-related tasks.
Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in an accounts team, ideally with a focus on reconciliations and cash processing. Strong numeracy skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential. Professional training in accounting would be advantageous.
