Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts Payable team, including mentorship and supervision of clerks.
• Manage the dedicated mailbox for supplier queries daily.
• Process supplier invoices and submit them for efficient workflow.
• Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy.
• Lead coordination meetings to proactively resolve invoice issues.
• Prepare and execute monthly payment runs in SAP.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and tax laws.
• Drive improvements and automation in AP processes.
