A leading consultancy firm seeks an Account Executive/Project Manager for a 6-month contract in Payment Operations Support. The role involves supporting multiple clients in the card payments industry, requiring excellent communication and project management skills. My blue chip client are looking for someone to support multiple customers in the UK and Europe in the card payments industry. You’ll have excellent communication skills, good project management skills and able to deal with multiple customers at the same time.
Your role will be to liaise with the customer and the operations department on a multitude of matters. Coming from a card payments background with experience or card schemes, issuing acquiring, processing etc will be helpful
Degree in Finance, Management, Business, Tech, Engineering - or - relevant working experience. Deep understanding of the payment industry infrastructure (either from a Scheme, Acquirer or Processor’s perspective)
Client centric approach with the ability to interact across all management levels, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills. Natural relationship builder able to proficiently set and maintain great relationships with a portfolio of clients
Location: Remote / London
Rate: Market
Contract Length: initially 6 months however likely to be extended for several years as they like to keep people for a long time
