A healthcare organization in Scotland is seeking an Occupational Therapy leader to oversee clinical and operational management within Adult and Older Adult Mental Health Teams. This role involves leading staff, managing complex cases, and developing practices in collaboration with mental health management. Strong leadership and clinical expertise are essential for the position, which aims to improve service standards and implement evidence-based guidelines.

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
