We’re working with a fantastic SEN school in Gateshead that’s looking for a steady, supportive Behaviour Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil who needs consistent guidance, reassurance and structure. • Supporting one pupil throughout the school day, helping them regulate emotions and stay engaged
