Your mission

As an Inside Sales Representative for EMEA, your mission is to create exceptional value for our customers by providing a reliable platform where they can access spare parts, maintenance kits, and lubricants for their vacuum pump needs. You’ll work closely with sales and customer support teams to develop a clear action plan for market engagement and service. You will analyze the market, approach new and existing accounts, and identify growth opportunities. Collaborating with internal stakeholders across brands and partners, you’ll strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction while driving profitable, sustainable growth.

This role reports to the Sales Manager for EMEA & APAC.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Growth Plans: Establish and execute strategies to achieve business growth aligned with market potential.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Take full ownership of reaching annual sales goals (orders and revenue) within your assigned territory.
  • Expand Market Presence: Actively explore and develop new customer relationships and sales opportunities in your region.
  • Re-engage Past Clients: Re-establish and strengthen relationships with former customers.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Maintain and nurture positive relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Sales Operations, Technical Support, Communications, Engineering, and Product Marketing to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Stay Informed on Market Trends: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of competitive products, pricing, market statistics, and trends.
  • Manage Leads and Quotations: Handle lead management, quotations, tender responses, and follow-up to generate orders.
  • Maximize CRM Effectiveness: Utilize CRM (C4C) to manage leads, opportunities, and customer records, ensuring a proactive approach to all activities.
  • Drive Business Growth in Territory: Focus on expanding business opportunities and growing market share within the sales territory.
  • Promote Online Sales: Encourage customers to purchase through our online webshop.
  • Support Sales Operations: Provide backup support to the Sales Operations Team as needed.

To succeed, you need

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing role (Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Service).
  • Sales Management Expertise: Proven experience in sales management.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong technical understanding, ideally with an engineering background.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong planning, reporting, and organizational abilities.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English; additional fluency in Czech or Polish is a plus.
