We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience.

• Understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Must comply with the grooming standards of the company.
• Extend courteous, friendly, and professional greetings to guests as they arrive and thank them as they depart.
• Make seniors aware of all guest comments and complaints.
• Be thoroughly familiar with service standards and procedures.
• Follow specified procedures to properly set up beach beds and cabanas stations.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the beach areas.
• Set up beach with sunbeds, umbrellas, and towels; ensure guests are provided with clean towels as needed.
• Fold and pack umbrellas in the evenings.
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures.
• Immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions.
• Maintain safety of work areas at all times.
• Attend all mandatory meetings as directed.
• Perform other tasks as required or directed.

• 1–3 years of experience in a 4-5 star hotel.
• Must be confident and proficient in speaking English.
